Year Group Long Term Plans
Each year group has a long term plan which maps out their learning across the year. While subjects are taught discretely, when links can be made across subjects to add depth to the learning this is planned for.
For example in Year 6, in term Spring 2 a history unit based around World War 2 is taught; Year 6 have an art unit based around the use of charcoal and this is taught in Spring 2 through the context of war silhouettes.
